and overwhelm us.
The earth could be flattened

and flats to live in.
And it was good.
And then one day

saw that the great bulldozer
could flatten the houses and flats
that men, women and children live in,

who the people didn’t like

would have to move, go,
transfer to somewhere else.
And it was said
that if ever there were men, women and children
who got in the way of the bulldozer
they could be flattened.
